Your computer should be able to run Call of Duty without any problem. As long as you have a powerful enough video card, you should be fine. When playing video games, it is more important to have a good video card than more ram of a better processor. The Pentium 4 is a great processor for playing games, especially when it has a 3+ GHz clock speed. 1 GB of ram is a little low for today's standards but you can still play most games with that little.

I think where you are going to hurt is in the RAM section. You really need that 1 Gig to keep Vista running. So I recommend you get at least 1 more Gig of RAM in order to play the games properly.
The other problem is you didn't say what video card you have so its really hard to say whether you can run it at all or not. If you have integrated video, the answer is NO. YOu have to have a video card that meets the above specs for each version of CoD.
