i have an hp photosmart e327 - 5.0 Megapixels. the camara works fine, that is, until I put in my memory card. It is a scandisk 2.0 GB. I can take a picture fine & it will display for about 5 sec. after it's taken, but when i go into my "playback" mode, all i see is an orange screen with the words "cannot display image. HPIM0430.jpg" but in the bottom right hand corner it says that i have 2 images in my disk. i can't see either of them & when i try to move onto the next one my camara freezes. So i have to open the battery case & reclose it. i have tried to delete the images, but they just come back the next time i open the camara. my computer can even read the disk & when I try to delete the files it freezes again. I have tried to format it & again, nothing. I don't know what to do. every once in a while I can see the new images that i take but then it gets all fuzzy & freezes. I also can not see them in thumbnails. Please help I don't know what else to try.
Update:please note I have had this card since feb. & it's never before had a problem. Let me also reiterate that the camara itself is fine. the card is the problem. I have also resest all the camara settings, & formatted both the camara & the card. still nothing...

I would suggest going to HPs website and finding tech support there. Look for your model of camera and find common problems. It sounds as though you are having compatibility problems between your camera and the memory card. You may have to purchase another card. Try the tech support first and see if maybe there's a setting on the camera that will fix the problem.
