Today i applied a pesticide shampoo to my dog and shortly after 5minutes he came back to me and slowly died in my arms, i poured corn oil in his mouth and kept pushing pressure on his heart and suddenly he was breathing again after 2minutes, so after i went to the pet emergency room and they said pesticides do that to a dog, is that true? because that was the 1st time using that pesticides shampoo and the 1st time that happening, so can pesticide shampoos kill a dog?

If thats what the vet said then believe the vet............I personally don't put chemicals on or in my dogs, so no flea sprays no wormers and no kibble, all I use and have used in the last 30 years with all my dogs is natural herbs and BARF feeding........and in return I get dogs who have long healthy lives, no fleas, ticks and worms with strong immune systems
If you and your husband and likely other neighbors are also being affected, you all need to draft a letter addressed to the management(be polite) stating your problems with the stuff the maintenance people are using. Provide dated copies of any vet and/or doctor's bills that correlate with the dates treatment has been put down. Sign and date it. Make TWO copies. One to be dropped at the office in person and another to come by registered mail that has to be signed for. ETA: Also if you can get the name of the product they are using and look up information on it.
So sorry that you had this very nasty experience and thank goodness that you got him breathing again.
obviously you will now keep him away from pesticides.
I am the same as Maxi, other than wormers once a year, but nothing else.
