I have a 1997 Cavalier. When the car is only on battery power, before I start the engine, everything works fine. Once I start the engine, the radio and windshield wipers don't work. It wouldn't be so bad if it were just the radio, but the windshield wipers are essential in central Ohio... Any help with the problem would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
