There's no language called chinese. There's cantonese and mandarin. I don't know cantonese but I know basic mandarin.
Hi - ni hao ma?
Good morning - zao ahn
Good bye - zai jian
Thank you - xie Xie (pronounced sheh sheh)
Okay - hao
Its alright - hai hao
No - bu
Yes - dwei
Sure - dwei or hao both work
I - wo
Please - qing (pronounced ching)
Sir - shen sun
Madam - au i (pronounced aw eee)
Its beautiful - pyao liang
Nice - hun hao
Big - da
Small- shao.
Keep in mind, in mandarin, it's all about tone. Tone can change the phrases you're using so I suggest you gind a video or audio of someone speaking it, because if you mess that up you could say an entirely different word.
If they speak cantonese, these probably won't work.
