i just bought an auntie annes pretzel kit, and the materials they give you yield 10 pretzels. I don't want that many, so can I roll out the pretzels individually and then freeze them so I can bake one whenever I want?

Freeze Pretzel Dough
Partially bake the pretzels that you want to freeze. Then when you want to eat some, take it out and complete the baking process.

You should be fine. Yeasted doughs do well in the freezer. Just make sure to freeze the pretzels spaced on a cookie sheet prior to putting into a bag (double bag it to make sure it stays good). Make sure you date it and use it within a couple months. When your ready to use it again, thaw them spaced once again on a cookie sheet in the refrigerator overnight (cover with plastic wrap while thawing) then allow them to sit on the counter (salt them before this) to allow them to dry out a little. Good luck.
