absolutely not. my blood pressure has been 120/80 even
though my pulse was 140. normal pulse for me at the time was 60.
i've also had a normal pulse rate with BP of 150/90. blood pressure can vary but it should not be consistently above
140/90. if you're having high BP at the doctor's office, check
it at home. some people have white coat syndrome where the
BP shoots up as soon a nurse or doctor comes to take it.
