Okay,

Open up iTunes on your computer and click iTunes store on the left sidebar.

At the top right - once iTunes Store has loaded - should be your email address. Click on it!

Sign in and and scroll down to purchase history. Click see all on the right.

Click report a problem on the bottom and choose which purchase was accidental. It will ask you to explain how it was accidental. You should then be replied to by an Apple worker. Good luck!

My friend bought snow leopard before then decided he didnt want it and so didnt bother downloading it:) he emailed customer service saying could he have a refund and they were happy to refund him. Funny thing is he can still download it.

Not sure if that helped but there is no harm in emailing them, be truthful in your email and make it out that your a loyal customer. it must be said that apple are pretty awesome when it comes to this kinda stuff.
