I'm doing a project for physics where we had to make a sundial. I need to test it to see if it works by Wednesday but the weather is suppose to be rainy all week. Is there any way i could test it inside if i have enough light? Or is there a different way i could test it?

it's not the amount of light, but you need to make sure you have the light far enough away from your sundial and that it is coming from the proper angle...you should also make sure all other sources of light are turned off so that the dial is casting only the light you want to test
NO. You need it in sun. If there's insufficient, then NOBODY would be able to test. Nor could it be demonstrated to work without sun!
