Can you transfer pokemon from a Pokemon Emerald rom to a Pokemon Platinum rom?
I have a GBA emulator and a DS emulator. I was wondering if I could transfer pokemon from emerald to platinum somehow. I forget what my GBA emulator is called but my DS emulator is called No$GBA. Detailed answers would be appreciated :)

no cause there is no way u can migraate but since it is a rom uu can use action replay cheats and use pokesav to create your own team and evertything.
I'm sorry if I this isn't about the game but can you tell me the website you downloaded Pokemon Platinum from?
You can't, since no$gba doesn't have this function. And just in case you are wondering, DeSmuME, and iDeaS has this function; however, they don't seem to work on pokemon games currently.
