Not sure if Dell has improved the upgradeability (word?) of their machines - if they have not, then you need to do a little more research on the Dell forums. There are a lot of people there than can keep you from making a relatively expensive mistake.
Yes normally you can but bare in mind you might be opening up your wallet more than you expect. I'm guessing you want a better graphics card but with that you will probably need a more powerful power supply and then your also probably need more ram to make use of the graphics upgrade. Then with more games on your system you will no doubt need to add another Hard drive.
