A friend just got a Cingular contract, is there a 2-week period you can cancel without fees?

you have 30 days to cancel without penalty fee but you do have to pay what ever you used for those days

If he signed the contract with a Cingular Corporate store or did it with Cingular on line, he has 30 days to cancel without penitly.

if he did it with an independent dealer, that dealer might have their own contract and it could be different
