I just bought an Iphone at the Wireless bell store and i was rushed into it. The lady there talked directly to me and completely ignored my Nana who signed for it. She told me all the pro's to the contract available and had me sign for 3 years. But not i want to get out of it. The phone isn't all its cracked up to be. The internet usage i want i more then I'm paying for and i;m paying enough. They also never told me that i would have to register for an account online with a credit card number and since I'm underage I don't have a credit card and no one in my family will put there number online. Is there any way i can get out of this agreement without paying a bunch? I haven't even had the phone for a month but don't want to have to pay so much to cancel. Help Please? I would also appreciate it if i didn't get any answers saying that I shouldn't have brought the phone, keep it, or just pay the cancellation fees. Thank So Much!!
Update:The store is actually called <Wireless Wave>. The receipt they gave me for the purchase of the phone just said that i could return the accessory (case) i bought and then the phone " if it meets manufactures criteria.''

If your Nana signed for it, then she's the one legally responsible for payments and fulfilling the contract. I've not heard of Wireless Bell but I'm guessing it's an independent store. If you want to cancel right now, you have to deal with two separate cancellation policies. Fido probably has a 30 day cancellation policy so you may be able to get out of that contract without an early termination fee. You should carefully read the Wireless Bell contract, which should be on the receipt and is separate from the Fido contract. Even if the Wireless Bell contract is more restrictive, you should still go back there and ask to speak with a manager if you believe you were mislead by the salesperson.
Good luck.
