Okay so the past few months I have lose some weight cant be sure but around 40 pounds-ish and I did it by eating around 1300 calories and doing 1 hour of cardio exercises about everyday but then it got too cold outside to workout so for about a month I maintained at 180 then I tried losing weight again doing a exercise program on my computer and its been about a month and I have only lost 4 pounds...? I was losing about 10-15 pounds a month in the summer doing my old workout schedule so I was wondering why I am not losing nearly as much weight, I have heard a couple different reasons I just want to see what sounds like my problem... and also i'm a lot hungrier now every couple of days I feel like I need a LOT of food and im not sure why also if it matters im 17 5'11 180ibs

its 75% about diet. you are what you eat. heres a tip, but a bag of chicken breasts, fry them up how you like, refrigerate them and eat one a day for a meal.
You should try the 666 Fat Burner: http://www.fitness666.com/2012/07/666-fat-burner.h...
I recommended it to my friend, and she started on it a month ago. She’s already lost 16lbs...
I’ve also had some really good results with it personally (a six pack in 3 months from being somewhat overweight!)
There’s also a home version if you don’t have access to a gym: http://www.fitness666.com/2012/07/666-fat-burner-h...
In particular, look at the diet advice given with the workout. Sounds to me as if you're not eating enough.
