Can't Load Microsoft Excel 2003?
Whenever I try to load I get this error message saying "Error 1317. Setup cannot create the folder C:\Program FIles\Common FIles\Microsoft Shared\Web Components\10\1033. Verify that the path exists in your system and that you have sufficient permissions to uptake it"
Pllleeeeaseeee helpppp!!!! I need this program really bad.

It sounds like you have deleted a folder on your computer
First you should Scan for malware
Update your Anti Virus and Anti Spyware
Turn off System restore
Start Computer in Safe Mode > press F8 before Windows starts
Scan with Anti Virus and Anti Spyware
After scan is finished and you have deleted the Male ware
Restart computer set a new restore point and delete all previous points.
Rescan with Anti Virus and Anti Spy ware.
If you do not have Anti Virus or Anti Spy Ware I recommend Avast and Spyware Terminator. Both are free.
