Also, drink only water and green tea. If you don't like the taste of green tea, you can simply add one packet of truvia sweetener.
'cardio' is a stupid idea. weight loss is mostly about eating right. (more vegetables, less junk) swimming is good exercise, and does not build muscles so much as higher resistance exercises.
Skipping is a great cardio
Focus on cardio (it won't lead to bulk), and/or using weights with the goal of toning (rather than weight-bulking).
