Why would every oil change be on the Carfax? What if the owner changed his own oil? What if it was maintained by the neighborhood mechanic who didn't report to Carfax? If the history in Carfax is complete, that just means it was maintained by someone who reports to Carfax and hence is likely a corporate fleet or it was only ever maintained at the dealership.
Of course not. Not everybody takes their car to an auto shop to get work on it, therefore some cars will have incomplete reports. Some people change their oil themselves, do their own mechanic work, or even don't report auto accidents and have someone fix their car without going to a shop.
This in an automotive question. In the future, post it in the automotive section, not gambling.
