ok...why didn't the people who run the emmys choose Carlos mencia as the host. Ryan Screst WAS NOT funny and when he tried to make a joke...it wasn't funny. and the ratings for it were LOW. I think they were low because no one wants to see ryan host another tv show when he already hosts like 3 already!

if carlos mencia was the host i wouldn't have checked back and fourth to see if ugly betty won.
