close my paypal account?
Hi, I'm planning on closing my PayPal account because my emails have been hacked and i don't want them to gain access to my funds, or whatever. The account has been emptied by me, and there is no bank account or anything else connected, but i have sold alot of stuff on ebay. If someone were to try and get a refund from my PayPal account what would happened if my account had already been closed? I'm just wondering i have no one planning to try and get a refund. Thanks

You can contact ebay and talk to them. Tell them that you are closing your paypal account (don't give reasons unless they specifically ask), and want to link your account to a new paypal. Open this new paypal after calling them and do whatever they told you to to change the account over. Use a new email account (which you will also have to make if you don't have 5 like me :p) and don't use the same password, and don't have any links to your old email with your new one. This should solve all of your problems.
