i recently bought a cobra xrs-9370 radar detector and i love it but im curious on a certain subject about it and i also want oppinions on something too. the question is i know with some radar detectors the highway mode cancels out most of the false readings but on others the city mode does this. for the xrs-9370 which mode cancels out the most false readings city or highway? the thing i need oppinions on is tge fact that i canchoose to leave VG-2 detections and spectre detections on or off. should i leave them on or keep them off?

I suggesr you do a whole lot more research on radar detection and cops in general. The problem you have now is cops have instant on radar detection so no more warming up the old radar gun. All they do now is turn it on and BAM ! got ya! just that fast. Cops are going to more hi tech and low tech options than over before. You name it from small air planes up above with either radar or using painted lines and timing you as you rocket down the highway they are going to get you more often than not. They will sometimes even double sign the tickets when working with a local air plane in the sky. Radar detectors are worth nothing anymore save your money do what I have donte for the last 30 years go the spped limit or watch the truckers. When the truckers are all hauling butt that is your clue things are good. when most of them are doing the speed limit things are bad. I watch the truckers and keep an eye out for one and usually two fast cars to get a few miles out in front of me and then kind of tag along back aways. You have to really work hard to get a speeding ticket now a days if you pay attention but the truckers are usually not wrong. and if a makority are all hooking and booking thats a good sigh. If just one truck is running by himself he may not have a cb in the truck
