I was caught with less than 2 ounces on school property on october 18 2011. When I got my report it said I had two felonies, criminal conspiracy and attempt to distribute, an a misdemeanor possession. I called the DA recently and he said my name didn't come up with anything. So I am wondering what the laws for filing a charger are like whats the time limit and whats the time limit for my evidence to be use able?
