My girlfriend and I were together for about 4 and a half years, and bought a mobile home together about 15 months before we split up. The mortgage and other bills were split evenly for the 15 months. She moved out about eleven months ago and took most of her personal belongings. (left her dishes etc.) Her name is still on the mortgage.

How do I go about getting her name off the mortgage?

What needs to be done if she is not willing to cooperate?

What is she entitled to property wise?

And can she still take back stuff she left there even though shes been moved out for 11 months? (it's only small things like dishes, pots etc)
