I have a Compaq laptop and the charger stopped working. Now I'm looking for a cheap charger. I don't want to walk in the store with my laptop and see which charger fits. So which charger is cheap and fits a Compaq persario c500?

The model number should be sufficient, you could take just the charger, i do not recommend getting one of them universal jobbies, amazon have them
