Compaq presario charge light flashing?
I have a compaq presario cq 61. and i noticed the charge light flashing. and normaly it means my battery is at 15%. but my laptop is plugged in and is a 83% and still chargeing. so why is my laptop warning me of a low battery when it is plugger in. and the battery is almost full? please help. i am running windows 7 BTW!

the computer can detect when the battery is nearing EOL by the way it charges and discharges.
Maybe that is why the led is flashing. There is at least one utility that will give u a rating of % used life.
