well done on supplying your specs however you have left out the most important namely the name and model no of your motherboard,as this is required when checking your graphics interface, however i we will do this another way
open the side panel of your pc case and look at the motherboard...there should be around 2 or 3 pci slots like these ( http://www.hothardware.com/reviews/images/tualatin... ) ...now directly above this will be your graphic card slot....compare it to these two images...
the first image is a agp x4/x8 slot ( http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d1... ) thats the purple slot...if yours is like this then its a agp x4 / x8 and you will be fine....however if it looks like this ( http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0c... ) then you have a pci-express x16 and you cannot use the ATI radeon sapphire HD 3650 512 mb AGP ,however you can get this card in pci-express form factor
note : agp cards tend to be more expensive than pci-express x16 cards due to the way they are designed,,newer agp versions of modern cards require a additional bridge which costs more for the manufactuer,,for example the best agp card there is costs £90 and thats the radeon HD3850...however the pci-express version of this card can be bought for around £60..
however nvidia havent released any agp cards since the geforce 7900gt...and ati,s last agp card was the HD3850.....and i cant see any of them releasing a direct x 11 agp card !
your system specs are excellent...and i recommend you dismiss the ATI radeon sapphire HD 3650 512 mb AGP and get the "
ATi Radeon HD 3850 512MB AGP GDDR3 "( http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Product/39054/AT... ) with the HD3650 supporting just a 128bit memory interface this card has a awesome 256bit memory interface and 512mb of gddr3 memory clocked at 1650mhz...theres a 665mhz core clock and its fully direct x 10 and shader model 4.1 compliant
another card thats worth considering is the " PowerColor HD 4670 PCS Edition 1GB DDR3 Dual DVI AGP Graphics Card "( http://www.ebuyer.com/product/190151 ) this is another handy little card and has some excellent specs including the following :
Graphics Engine - RADEON HD4670
Video Memory - 1GB DDR3
Engine Clock - 750 MHz
Memory Clock - 800MHz x 2
Memory Interface - 128bit
DirectX Support - 10.1
Bus Standard - AGP 8X
i hope this helps mate..however any problems let me know
If it is an Athlon X2 CPU, then there is VERY VERY slim chance that it has an AGP bus. More than likely it is a PCI-express video card and will not accept an AGP card.

you mean X2 5000, most likely it has a PCI-E port so no a AGP card is not compatible

But you would have to look to be sure.
