Say I had a desktop PC that had a Mid-Tower case, what if I see an amazing full tower case, could my PC fit in both the Mid-Tower and Full-Tower? Would I need more parts to fill up the Full-Tower? I sound dumb but I want to make my own PC and need to know this. Thanks in Advanced!
Update:EDIT: Can someone explain what ATX means and what the answer below means about ATX standard and mother board.

Of course it will fit. Full tower case almost always supports uATX motherboard.
uATX = micro ATX = M-ATX = mATX = µATX
Basically there are two size standards for motherboards: ATX and microATX. For motherboards, ATX means is the full size standard; microATX means is the smaller standard.
ATX motherboards can be installed on ATX cases only; microATX can be installed on ATX and microATX cases.
So you can install your microATX motherboard on a full tower case. Just make sure the Case specifications say it supports microATX (uATX). And like I say, this is almost always the case.
In reality, there are more size standards for motherboards, but those are not very common.
ATX and uATX (micro atx) will pretty much fit in at mid of full tower.
Full towers are MUCH bigger and heavier then mid towers. They are better suited but big video cards and liquid cooling.
As long as your old motherboard follows the ATX standard, and the new case is ATX as well, you will be fine.
