Whenever I attempt to open my mozilla firefox or before any pop-up appears, a Windows warning message titled "JavaScript Application" will pop up and reads:
TypeError: Components.classes['@thunder.com/thundercomponent;1'] is undefined
What does that mean? What should I do to get rid of it?
This doesn't happen when i use IE.
I'm using: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
THANKS!!!!

This sounds like an Add-on error. Follow these steps to disable the Thunder Extension Add-on (which appears to be causing the problem:
1. Open Firefox
2. Click 'Tools' from the menu at the top
3. On the Tools menu, click Add-ons
4. Click the 'Extentions' button at the top of the window (unless it is already selected)
5. Find the 'Thunder Extension' Add-on (Add-ons should be in alphabetical order), and click the button labelled 'Disable'
6. After clicking Disable, you will be asked to restart Firexfox, so click the 'Restart Firefox' button that appears
After restarting Firefox, the error should have gone. If it is still there, come back to me and I'll help you further.
