Your video card is not exactly the the biggest beast out...lol. From what I read it has only 128MB of shared memory, meaning it takes out of your ram. Also, not sure how you got your total memory of 884 MB unless you are using multiple slots on your motherboard with different sized sticks of memory which actually is not very efficient. Although for some used games 884 MB is enough memory, todays games would require alot more ram.
So really, dont mix your memory. Match same sized memory on your motherboard and dont be afraid to max out your motherboard on memory size. Next think about investing in a bigger faster more dedicated video card. There are plenty of options out there. If you are a serious gamer you might have to spend alittle bit of money, but then you wont have to worry about your dropped frames which your seeing as a lag on gaming.

There is really nothing you can do short of lowering the resolution and the quality settings of the game.
The issue is that you have a laptop, laptops are not made for gaming. They have integrated video and you cannot upgrade the video adapter.
So, by reducing quality and resolution, you will get higher framerates = less "lag".
