Recently I bought a new computer (Samsung RV511),nothing fancy, and I decided to download some of the games I purchased on Steam. The ones I downloaded were COD Blops, Deus Ex HR, and Fallout 3. I downloaded COD and Dues Ex only to find out that it runs the frames extremely slow and just skips around all over the place, although the cut scenes run fine. I checked and I think my computer has everything it needs to run these games. I also downloaded Half Life 2, worked perfect, and I installed Starcraft 2 from a cd and it runs fine. I have yet to try Fallout 3 but I don't have high hopes. I think the problem is my graphics card, which is an Intel Core i3, but honestly I'm just guessing. If anyone knows what the problem is I'd love some help :)

best thing to do is when you open the game, put down the video setting quality of the games. Deus EX loves to eat up the video cards, so put down that quality!!
By the way, you only have a built in graphics card, and a core i3. you wont be getting much out of that from the start anyway. Sorry to say but, you cant really play those games to the best of a playable extent.
Sorry mate.
Your intel core i3 is your cpu, not your graphics card. Disable anti aliasing and shadows in your games that run choppy and you should be fine.
