Computer LCD no display?

I have (2) 22" Chimei LCDs.

1 LCD has been working okay on my desktop and my laptop that I alternate whenever I feel like...but I always had a display.

NOW, I had a second 22" LCD exact same monitor type, that I got out of storage.

I tried to have dual monitors for desktop (I have nvidia 8800GT with dual monitor support and a 650watt power supply)

After I tried pluggin in the 2nd LCD -- it did not work

The windows logo comes on than after it boots to windows, it showed up a no display message on the monitor.

I tried using that new monitor from storage on my laptop, and same thing happened.

(again, on the monitor Ive been using eerything from both desktop and laptop was fine)

NOW when I try going back to the old monitor that worked on both the laptop and desktop just fine, I get the same thing happening on the new one too.

The monitors actually show the windows logo on startup, then they jjust go black.

And when I use laptop to try dual monitors on either, it doesnt even detect either LCD now.

Does anyone know what the problem is where one monitor was working, and then the identical same model will not work on either laptop or desktop or now managed to make it so that neither recognize either monitor?

Update:

Black Heart -- I can get into the BIOS and the display works fine, but I cant get past that.

Once the logo comes the monitor goes blank. So how do you, or how does anyone propose I do anything?
