my bet is its ur hard disk i had same prob with maxtor disks check out seagate disks their reliable and have nice 5 yr guarante also check this site www.newegg.com their my favorite parts site
First I would load default settings in the BIOS and see if this makes a difference.
My second guess would be to start with the memory. Reseat them and make sure they are put in securely. WIggle them a little while pressing firmly, but be careful not to break anything. If this doesn't work try using 2 stick of memory. Try all combination of 2 sticks. I don't understand what you meant about the Windows validation. You might as well reseat every connection in your machine.

Another possible problem is that the Processor is not seated correctly. Reseat the Processor. Remove the heat sink after it has cooled and lift the cpu locking bar. Lift the CPU and then place it back in and hold it down while relocking the bar.
I guess the next thing I would look at would be to check to make sure the CPU is getting properly cooled. There maybe sensors in your BIOS that will detect the temperature of the CPU. You should check to make sure the temperatures are low enough. I would assume you can look this up for each processor. Is your CPU fan connected? Are you blocking any air flow from the fans?
Another thing I would look at might be the virtual memory setting. Usually the minimum should be set to the amount of memory and the maximum should be set to 1.5x the amount of memory installed in the system.
Is everything updated correctly? The validation of windows could be a problem. You might have to check the website to see if you windows is valid. If it's not than you may not be getting the required updates. Is your motherboards BIOS updated? Perhaps you can try ccleaner to try and straighten out the registry.
If that doesn't work, than I would re-install from scratch. Motherboard replacements are last resort.
What power supply are you using? A weak power supply will emulate software problems.
I'm curious. Go into your BIOS Setup. See what the FSB setting is for the processor. Your processor has an FSB of 1333MHz, right?
Your ram is DDR2 at 800MHz. The Native setting for ram on this motherboard is 1066MHz.

I wonder if your BIOS set the FSB to 1333MHz for your Cpu (Processor) and has the voltage, or ram timings, -> or both, set wrong for the 800MHz DDR2 ram that you're using. (Instead of entering BIOS Setup, you can enter Extreme Tweaker, and look)
Just for info, Tigerdirect has DDR2 at 1066MHz on sale for $9.99 after rebate. THIS ram uses 2.2 volts, instead of the standard 1.8 to 1.9 volts! (Enter Extreme Tweaker again)
Try download and running memtestx86.
This will tell you if your memory is bad.
Make sure you have all the latest drivers and windows updates installed as well.
what to do is to do a system restore to a date like a month ago
should be in acessories under system tools but what am i telling you this for if you built your own computer
also looks like daemon tools could be the problem
