ok i have a hp computer ...and just some days ago i started havin problems....ok wen i am using the computer and in on the intternet.......all of a suden the screens turns blue with some letters saying "we have detected a problem in your computer" then it turns off and restarts again ..but it takes a wile so it can actualy move on to opening my windows...can some one help....tanks
