This question was very difficult to read. Please spend a bit more time correcting your spelling, punctuation, and grammar in the future.
As for your issue, this is definitely due to power loss during install. Computers have NO tolerance for being interrupted during any sort of install or update. So when you unplugged it, that killed it. Your OS is now corrupt. You will, most likely, have to do a reinstall (Mac attempts to reinstall part of itself) or Erase and Reinstall (wipe the entire HDD clean and re-install fresh). The second option is the most reliable.
This takes 1-8 hours, depending on the speed of the system and size of the harddrive.
You will need to call Apple to recover your iTunes password. If you can't remember your credentials, there is no other option. This is why you must never use passwords which you cannot remember. Also you should not use very simple passwords, because people can guess them and access your account without permission.
In the future, ensure your system will not lose power or get interrupted during these extremely critical and sensitive updates. Also, remember your passwords.
At this point you'll have to use your original system disk to do a reinstall, since you've not only managed to hose up the computer, but forget your passwords. Be more careful next time.

Just put the Start up disc included in your Mac package.
