ComboFix

Install them. Following the instructions in each of the programs run a scan and remove the spyware which has infected your computer.

Get a good Antivirus.

Avira Antivir Personal - Free Edition for example.

Your Hosts File has been hijacked which is why you get redirected to other sites.
