So i recently bought a Acer 17" flatscreen computer monitor for my Dell Tower that i have. So the problem that i am having is that when i try to open up a tab it opens left off to the screen. i went to the menu to see if the screen was off but it kept doing the same thing. So i need ideas of how i can fix this problem, thank youuuu.
