Computer start up problem?
I have a windows 7 HP pavilion laptop. About every 1/15 times i start it up i get the boot up screen as if i don't have an Operating System. Should i be concerned?

Yes, Reinstalling your operating system is needed since it is corrupted. but in some case the memory is defective so better check on this too.
