computer won't play videos?
i cant get my computer to play any video, the sound works but there is no picture. i have tried multiple video players and its all the same. i would like to be able to play dvds again, any ideas?

If you'vee got sound, but no video, just a black screen I'vee found that occasionally it can be caused by your graphics driver. The best thing to do would be to remove the graphics driver and then reinstall it, This problem has happened to me on two occasions on two different machines, both times it was ATI Catalyst Control Center that was blacking my videos out. It might not solve the problem, but it might! It's worth a try.
You need a codec pack.
