Hi, i am a contractor and want to apply for the above category. I have got an umbrella company that acts as my employer and just wanted to ask that while filling in the application form, is there a good idea to mention the name of my actual company that i work for or the mentioning the umbrella company is sufficient?

Also the two form of evidence i am planning to show is online payslips signed and stamped my company and payslips signed and stamped by the bank are they sufficient??? and is it a good idea to attach status letter from umbrella company as well?
