House has 2 prong outlets but has 3 prongs adapters attached to it.

You will need to update your electric system by replacing your fuse box with a breaker box. The colors of fuses correspond to the amperage sizes. Blue is 15 amp, Orange is 20 amp, and green (which you shouldn't have any, except for major appliances) is 30 amp. Almost all 120V branch circuits will be either 15 or 20 amp. But always make sure you have the correct size breaker for the wiring. Don't go by what's in the fuse box. It is often wrong.
For the 2-prong outlets, check to make sure the boxes are grounded. If so, then you can replace all your 2-prong outlets with 3-prong ones. But if your existing wire does not have a ground in it, it needs to all be removed and re-wired with new cable.
The FHA appraisal is not extra strict . What they are strict approximately is the difficulty of the valuables. short sale residences are offered "AS IS" FHA won't approve the loan until eventually each and every thing is in pristine difficulty. prevalent loans are 20% down. there is not any 10% down loan
