Why not wait until you are 18. then you can get it without permission. that's what my brother did. He wanted one at 16, momma said no. so when he turned 18 the first thing he did was get a tattoo.
you know i was in your same position but i was 18 at the time i know what your going for they are your parents and will probably accept you anyway dude just get the tattoo. when i got my first one it was on my forearm my mom called while i was getting it done i had my buddy answer and tell her i was going to be late for dinner because i was getting a tattoo. they couldn't do $h!+ man! respect your parents but they cant control you trust me 3 years later i now have 6 and counting. and my mom has one as well now. i know not everybody parents are as cool as mine but sometimes man just screw it and do it!! oh and bu the way upper arm tattoos are so generic save your upper arm for a half our full sleeve trust me after one you will want more any questions about were to get it i would be happy to help just let me know!!
Well first off how old are you? And where do you live? Do you need to be 18 before you can get one or can you get one with parents concent? And if you are 18 then just go get one it's your body and you can do with it what you want! My parents don't like my tattoos either but I don't care because they don't have to live with them. And what's funny is they try to tell me not to get them and I'm 32
Get your tattoo somewhere else on your body that he won't see.
If you were my son and kept after me abut it I would simply say go do it but do not come home. Good by son.
