Corel PaintShop Photo Express program ?

I heard this was a good program to use, any opinions?

I am interested in using this program to create photo slideshows on a CD that can be played on a DVD player. Also, if desired, take the same CD (that plays as a slideshow on a DVD player) and put it into another computer and be able to upload the individual photos. Does this program do this? And... is there a music option for the slideshow? Thanks! :) .
