Custody problems please help?
Well i lived with my mom until last year and I only seen my dad every two weeks. Now for the past year it's been reversed. I'm really sick of my dad and i want to go home to my mom. My mom said my dad only has primary residence, not custody. Can someone please tell me what that means and how hard it will be to get back to my moms ?? Please

A person can only have one primary residence at any given time, though they may share the residence with other people. A primary residence is considered to be a legal residence for the purpose of income tax and/or acquiring a mortgage- The meaning, anyways well, how far does she live maybe you can go by car cause, he dosent have full custody of you, it's just temporary.
