CUSTODY PROBLEMS - VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Im from detroit michigan but me and my cousin moved to toledo ohio...im 19 ...sophomore in college...and he is 16...junior in high school but the problem is..i have to have custody over him to enroll him into high school...is there a way around getting custody over him and if not, how long does it take to get custody over him and is having custody over him a BIG responsibility???any extra information would also b great if u feel i need to know about it

it is possible he can be emancipated from his parents?
If so, he could be considered an adult and enroll himself.
You need to contact Michigan State Bar Association and ask about their forums for free legal aid (usually weekly or monthly)
From there you will be able to speak with an attorney who knows custody laws specific to your state and get his or her advice.
