Cute size 14 girls clothes?
My best friend is always telling me that I have such cute clothes, and is always asking me for where I get them. When I tell her Forever 21, she frowns and says that she can never find anything that will fit her there. She is 14 years old, but very, very small. (size 14 girls in american sizes). For Christmas, I really want to get her some cute tops, but all the juniors things are too big and the child's tops are not as mature as a girl her age would wear. Can anyone direct me to a website that sells cute, cheap clothes that will fit her small frame?
