Get yourself a great pair of jeans. Then start shopping at stores like Forever 21 and Vanity- they have tons of cute tops and their mannequins have good ideas for clothes.

For makeup- keep it simple with mascara, cover up, maybe a brown eyeliner if you want, and lip gloss. Don't go too over the top!!

Hairstyles- try straightening it, making it wavy, putting it in ponytails, pigtails, half ponytails, messy buns... just try stuff!!

hair: maybe try some highlights but nothing to crazy, just a little lighter... straighten it 2 a week and maybe get a different hairstyle to make your curlss look better

makeup: go light! dont do heavy makeup you'll look orange and fake

clothes: don;t think you have to shop at hollister and a&f to look cute... get your clothes at places like forever 21, anchor blue, charlotte russe, occasinally even kohls... these stores usually have sales going on... cute jewlery is also important but don;t spend more than 5 dollars on a pair of earrings! shop the sales and you should be able to get them for 2-3 dollars ... same with necklaces.... no more than $10!

You should get some hair magazines or ask your friends. But I highly suggest asking your hair stylist. They will probably know what would look best on you. =D

cute? just DO NOT load your face in make up. i found out guys like to look at it but guys AND girls just think less of you when you wear alot

try wearing shirts that look kinda like under clothes but dress them up with nice jackets and jeans, my friends dress in that way and consantly get complemented, granted i am in college
