Okay,so at school today my gym teacher took us into the school lab and we each set up an account on a website where you enter in what you ate that day and how much excercise you got and it like adds up the amount of calories and says if you were over or under the limit for the day.My gym couch used it when he lost 120 pounds.He said for us to send him a friend thing and that we weren't aloud to add any students.I told my dad about this,because I was kinda excited that I would be able to use it.And he flipped out and was like,"It's inappropriate for an adult man to be able to communicate with students like this" and he said that he wasn't gonna let me do it and that he was gonna call my school because its "unacceptable".I don't get what the big deal is.It's not like I'm gonna be posting were I'm at.It's just saying what I ate for the day.And my gym teacher also said that we have to do it at least 3 times a week,for a grade.So,I have no idea what I'm gonna do.My dad always flips out over the most simple things.And I think its inappropriate to call the school over something so small and stupid. He is gonna embarrass me...I am literally having a break down,right now
