Yes the lines are very very long.... I've stood in the line at least 4 times, but you can also place your order online for pick up! It's worth it but i place a order before i get there so i can enjoy the place and enjoy my cupcakes without a long wait! I waited in the rain for 1 hr just for 12 cupcakes! It's sad really lol
