Need some help from experts in RTA works.
I got my car from Delhi to Hyderbaad in 2005.. I have paid the road tax also in 2005.. But I did not take the AP number for my car.. So i still drive with DL number plate. It is almost 6 years now. So my questions are
1. Is it illegal to drive like this.
2. Can I get the AP number now.
what all documents do I need?
3. What would be the charges..
4. Would I face any issues if I want to sell my car in hyderabad.
5. What would be buyer be concerned about to buy my car..

strictly speaking it is not legal .,
it is mandatory that you should Transfer within six months
but since the state has already got the revenue, police/RTO authorities do not bother much
to get the ap no ., have you got The NOC from delhi ., if so have you submitted the same to local (hyd) RTO authorities ? and if submitted have you have the receipt or some other document as the proof of submission?
i dont think there will be any sseparatecharges to get AP no. once you have a valid NOC (NOC is valid for six months and if it is submitted within that period then no problem)
It is legal if you have paid the road tax...
check with RTO experts... motor training centres will help you
