Whenever I turn on my computer, everything before seems fine, except when I get to the desktop, explorer.exe won't load, why doesn't it load, and how can I fix this problem, please and thank you.
try f10 key for system restore as soon as u turn on comp ,just keep tapping f10 while comp is statarting up ,this will take u back to the manufacures date and then u can just go from there
hit ctrl alt and del and click on run and type in explorer.exe and hit enter
If you get an error, likely your explorer.exe file is corrupt and you will need to find an explorer.exe file to copy and restore it from (i.e. from a friend with a computer with the same operating system) or you will need to reinstall windows overtop of your windows install to restore it.
If explorer.exe does not crash when you try to open my computer, you can add it back into to your win.ini file
