Did I lose my mucus plug?
I have been losing these long snot looking discharges for weeks. Every now and then when I would pee, I would have to use a few wipes to get all of it. But recently after having sex with my husband there was this glob of thick snot looking stuff on him. We were both kinda freaked out...but I assume it was my plug. ( could it have been that? there was no blood or color to it, just clear/white looking ) I am now 35 weeks and that happended almost exactly a week ago. I have been contracting a bit, a lot of movement, but I am worried if it was my pulg that I may need to call my doctor cause my next appointment is still a little over a week away. Could I have lost my plug durring sex? That other stuff before then been the plug too?

but if you completely lose your plug, theres a streak of blood in it...i knew a girl that lost bits of her plug for like a month..if it worries you call the doc.!
I had the same thing right after sex, like two or three bloody, clear, jelly like globs. I started to contract within twelve hours of that and I had my baby 3 days later! I've read though that it can be two to four weeks before you go into labor after losing your plug. It's nothing to worry about, but I would get your overnight bag ready, it probably won't be much longer!! Hope this helps, good luck!!
Some women describe the mucous plug as looking more like the mucous in your nose. It may look like a thick glob of stringy mucous, thicker than what you would see with normal vaginal secretions. If you are close to going into labor you may see pink, brown, or red blood around the edges of the mucous plug. This is called the “bloody show”.
no u can purely pass on including your common stuff rather having intercourse now that the mucus plug is long gone will assist you to pass into exertions. at 38 weeks it incredibly is great to have the toddler u r due quickly any way good so strolling having intercourse mountaineering stairs all of this could rather make exertions easier I rather have 2 youngsters and have been pregnant 4 circumstances so i recognize what i'm conversing approximately
sounds like it probably is the mucous plug kinda gross looking huh? lol anyways u can lose it a few weeks befor u deliver just hang in there and u will know when the time approaches and when baby is ready
Sounds like it. You don't need to call the doctor over it though, when u lose it , it don't mean labor is gonna start, it can be weeks away.
that sounds like your plug sometimes you lose it little by little and sometimes you will lose it all at once i would have my bags pack just in case there is an emergency and i would go see my doctor just to let him know. he will probably check you. Sex can induce labour.
you should only worry if there is blood in it, if there isn't it can either rejuvenate itself or you can just be dilated for weeks before baby is born!
